PURPOSE: An electroluminescent device is provided to maintain stable radiation by smoothly delivering the frequency of current to a fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate is formed of transparent materials. A transparent electrode layer(30) is formed on the first substrate. Am dielectric fluorescent layer(40) comprises a binder(41), a fluorescent substance(42), and a dielectric substance(43). An electrode layer(60) is formed on the dielectric fluorescent layer. The dielectric fluorescent layer comprises a second dielectric substance. |
