PURPOSE: A tundish weight control system for a twin roll sheet manufacturing device and a control method thereof are provided to control tundish weight regardless of the size of the opened part of a ladle. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a tundish weight control system for a twin roll sheet manufacturing device comprises the following steps. The weight changing rate of ladle is measured and whether the rate is over specified level or not is determined(S20). In case the weight changing rate is lower than the specified level, clogging alarm is generated(S24). The weight of the tundish is measured and whether the weight is over target value or not is determined(S30). In case the weight of the tundish is not over the target value, the opened part of the ladle is moved to the target position(S60).
