MINE COMPRESSOR INSTALLATION WITH INCREASED FIRE PROTECTION

A mine compressor unit includes compressor with oil separator built-in to air collector at line of supercharge and distribution pipe with minimal pressure valve, drive electric motor with fan and cooler of working liquid placed on movable platform, systems of air intake with stages of raw and fine filtration, of capacity control, control and emergency protection with automated systems for fire extinguishing and gas methane control under the case of the unit and CO gas control in supercharge line. A system for fire extinguishing is made of two independent fire extinguishing modules placed in the upper part near the end of compressor unit at side of fresh air flow supply for cooling. Flares of the devices for supply of fire extinguishing substance are directed towards the center of axial line of the compressor unit.
