PURPOSE: A dressing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which can prevent drug from being absorbed by a second dressing and discharge exudate smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A dressing comprises a silicon particle of which diameter is 0.1~2mm; and a water-soluble antibiotic material. The content of the silicon particle is 15~35 weight%. A manufacturing method of the dressing comprises a step dissolving mineral selected from zinc, copper, magnesium, and calcium in the distilled water; a step of adding water-soluble antibiotic material to the distilled water in which mineral is dissolved and mixing them; and a step of adding silicon particle to the solution with diameter of 0.1~2mm and mixing them. |
