The invention relates to rolling production and can be used mainly as a four-high stand for rolling sheet metal. A rolling stand includes beds, working and backup rolls with chocks equipped with facing laths and units of horizontal wedge thrust of stand with drives, located from the side of a drive and loading on both sides from its vertical axis. Hydraulic cylinders of the drive of upper units of horizontal wedge thrust of stand are rigidly fastened in adjusting grooves of chocks of upper backup roll, and the hydraulic cylinders of the drive of lower units of horizontal wedge thrust of stand are rigidly fixed in adjusting grooves of beds. The stocks of hydraulic cylinders by means of levers are connected with the mobile laths, which interact, from one side, with stationary facing laths rigidly installed on the beds and chocks of upper backup roll, and from other side, with facing laths of chocks of working rolls made from low-modulus material. The invention allows to lower horizontal dynamic loading and vibrations affecting the equipment of roll group and beds. |
