PURPOSE: A method for producing a block mold product having food waste and quicklime is provided to effectively recycle resource. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a block mold product having food waste and quicklime comprises: a step(100) of preparing clay comprising white clay or red clay; a step(110) of mixing food waste to obtain first mixture; a step(120) of mixing clay and first mixture to obtain second mixture; a step(130) of mixing and stirring second mixture; a step(140) of curing the second mixture and maturing in order for the second mixture to contain 20-25% of moisture content; a step(150) of pulverizing the second mixture; a step(160) of adding binder to the second mixture to obtain third mixture; a step(170) of molding the third mixture in a block form; a step(180) of cutting the mold; a step(190) of hardening and plasticizing the cut mold; and a step(210) of forming salt coating.
