PURPOSE: A pilot functional safety valve is provided to prevent a safety valve from being unnecessarily operated on a pressure spike having short and periodic wavelength by forming a pressure removing part. CONSTITUTION: A main valve(110) is opened or closed and a pilot valve(112) maintains the inner pressure of a storage tank below preset pressure. A supply pipe(120) connects to the one side of the pilot valve. The supply pipe supplies the air with changed pressure from a storage tank(10) to the pilot valve. A pressure removing part(130) removes the pressure on the pressure oscillation of specific frequency using oscillation on the supply pipe.
