PURPOSE: A hydrogen purifying unit cell, a manufacturing method thereof and a hydrogen purifying module including the same are provided to secure sealing properties with good cohesion, and to improve durability while preventing a hydrogen separation module from damaging. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen purifying unit cell(100) includes a body(110), a hydrogen separation membrane(140), and a porous supporting unit(130). The body comprises the following: a hollow part in which a constant area is formed; a moving hole(112) in which the hydrogen is flowed to the hollow part; and a protrusion coupling part(113) to have the predetermined height; a tubular tube(114) transferring hydrogen. The hydrogen transmits the hydrogen separation membrane, and combined to the protrusion coupling part of the body. The hydrogen purifying unit cell further includes a junction enhancement layer(120) or a junction enhancement member.
