PURPOSE: A digital map making system using a land surveying and measurement method to which water level information and displacement information are applied is provided to synthesize various aviation images with the high reliability. CONSTITUTION: A digital map making system using a land surveying and measurement method to which water level information and displacement information are applied comprises a field measurement unit, an integrated processor, and a press-insertion detection unit(80). The field measurement unit comprises a boy unit(20) having a rod type port(10) and a rotation driving module(24). The field measurement unit comprises a data collecting part loaded on a case(21). The integrated processor has a data classification module and a picture module for drawing the elevation of each spots at 3D according to the picture information. The press-insertion detection unit comprises a fixed pipe(81) and a warning lamp(82). The press-insertion detection unit has a ring(85) fixed to the lower end of a spring(84) and contacted to the ground.
