PURPOSE: A soft mold for forming a micro pattern is provided to solve a faulty coating problem and a stain or spot problem. CONSTITUTION: A base pattern(10), which is a mold pattern, is formed. A base film(30) in which a pattern is formed has flexibility. A buffering pattern(50) of various shapes is formed on the rear surface of a basic soft mold. Thermosetting resins is used in a part(20) that the basic pattern is formed. The size of the buffering pattern is 1~20μm.
