An invention relates to the new line of cotton ratATCC PTA-3930 for cultivation of viruses. Also the invention relates to the method for production of RNA-viruses in the mentioned line with positive single-strand RNA: viruses of familiesandof variety. Also the invention relates to the methods for production in the mentioned cell line the viruses of pig reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRSV), canine parainfluenza (CPI), canine adenovirus (CAV), bovine herpesvirus (BHV), equine herpesvirus (EHV), bovine rotavirus (BRV), bovine parainfluenza (BPI), bovine coronavirus (BCV). Also the invention relates to the immune composition, obtained from the mentioned viruses. Also the invention relates to the method for induction of immune response with using of the mentioned composition. Also the invention relates to the set for preparation of the mentioned composition. |
