BACK LIGHT UNIT

摘要

PURPOSE: A backlight unit is provided to form an LED module, an optical sheet, a reflective sheet and a radiation pad in an integrated type, thereby making the size of the backlight unit small and thin. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LEDs(Light Emitting Diodes)(110) generates light. A plurality of LED modules(120) has a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). The PCB performs the support and drive of the LEDs. The LEDs are arranged in a matrix form with two or more rows and columns. An optical sheet(140) is respectively attached to the upper side of the LED modules. A heat radiating pad(130) is respectively attached to the rear side of the LED modules.
