PURPOSE: An ultrasonic transducer is provided to control surface pressure by distinguishing the overall effective surface pressure due to a force applied to an axial direction. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic transducer is installed in a device housing(1). The ultrasonic transducer includes a transducer housing(2) and a housing fixture(3a,3b). The transducer housing is positioned under the medium pressure in a receiving side(4) or emitting side. The transducer housing and the housing fixture form at least one contact region indirectly. The transducer housing and the housing fixture are formed by a preloading unit(14). The transducer housing and the housing fixture are indirectly pressurized in a first contact region(6) with the small surface pressure.
