PURPOSE: A pneumatic maintenance apparatus of a truck-to-bus tubeless tire is provided to minimize the deformation of a tire by controlling the tire condition by section by monitoring the inner air pressure of the tire. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic maintenance apparatus of a truck-to-bus tubeless tire has a load supporting structure(104). The load supporting structure is installed in the tire. If the tire is damaged, the load supporting structure supports the load of the tire. An adaptive air pack expanded/contracted according to the inner pressure of the tire is installed in the tire. A high pressure air pack(2) is arranged in one side of the adaptive air pack and a low pressure air pack(3) is arranged in the other side of the adaptive air pack. The adaptive air pack, the high pressure air pack, and the low pressure air pack are connected through connecting valves(5a,5b) installed in air path ducts(4a,4b).
