PURPOSE: A system and a method for distributing stock information on a real time basis are provided to offer customized stock information to each user. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(110) receives the real time market information related to posting data/market condition data. A storage unit(150) stores master tables for all stocks, a business rule, and a distribution rule including user information. A processing/computing unit(120) on a real time basis gets all stock information. A control unit(140) groups the stock information that each user wants among the entire stock information. The control unit creates customized stock information for a user. A splitting unit(130) offers the customized stock information to each user.
