PURPOSE: A diffusion sheet and liquid crystal display device having the same are provided to improve brightness by making the backlight assembly slim. CONSTITUTION: The base layer(160) transmits the light. The light diffusion layer(161) is laminated in the surface of the base layer. The first bid is randomly mixed in the binder of the transparent resin agent. The light diffusing layer performs the light diffusion or the light concentration. The sticking prevention layer(162) is laminated in the back side of the base layer.
