摘要 The invention relates to area of solid state physics, in particular to methods for investigation of phase transitions in ferroiks, and can be used as effective and reliable method for determination of area of existence of disproportional phase through temperature investigations of edge of optical absorption in ferroiks. Method for determination of temperature range of existence of disproportional phase in ferroiks is in use of results of temperature investigationf of edge of optical absorption and presentation of energy width of absorption boundary as combination of inputs from temperature, static and dynamical structural disordering. To determine area of existence of disproportional phase in ferroiks one uses parameters that describe temperature dependencies of energy width of absorption limit. Technical result of the invention is in smaller labor consumption and larger self-descriptiveness and increase of reliability and effectiveness of existence of disproportional phase in ferroiks.
