PURPOSE: A curtain material for vertical blinds and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to cut a connection part rapidly and correctly, and to maintain a shape of a light-emitting part softly without using a separate core. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a curtain material for vertical blinds comprises the following steps of: making a junction point of an opaque part and a light-emitting part on a predetermined point in a weaving process of a transparent part(4) by arranging thin yarns and LM yarns properly; forming the opaque part by cutting a connection part(3) of the opaque part; and preparing a mounting unit to hang a traveler on the top of each opaque part. A cutting recognition part(5a,5b) is formed on a cutting point of the connection part cut from the opaque part. |
