DISPLAY DEVICE WITH RANDOM NANO PATTERN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THE SAME

PURPOSE: A display device with an irregularity nano pattern and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent image from being spread due to the reflection of a visible light area by forming a photonic crystal pattern into an irregular nano pattern. CONSTITUTION: An organic light-emitting device comprises: a first electrode(22); a second electrode(26); and a lighting-emitting part which is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode and comprises luminescent materials. A photonic crystal pattern(10) is formed on one side of the first electrode and has an irregular nano structure. Irregular nano patterns are formed on an optic crystal layer(12). A transparent substrate(14) is formed on the other side of the photonic crystal layer. Filler(18) is charged between the photonic crystal layer nano patterns.
