PURPOSE: A composition containing Inonotus obliqua extract and herb extract is provided to treat and prevent colon cancer without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating colon cancer contains Inonotus obliqua extract as an active ingredient. The composition further contains Glycyrrhiza uralensis extract or red ginseng extract as an active ingredient. The Inonotus obliqua extract is ethanol extract. The composition contains 0.00001-99.9 weight% of mixture extract containing Inonotus obliqua extract, Glycyrrhiza uralensis extract, and red ginseng extract. The red ginseng extract is fermented red ginseng extract.
