The invention relates to the equipment for packaging the products into the glass containers, and it can be used in food, canning, medical, chemical and other branches of national economy. A device for distribution of a flow of bottles consists of a feed apron conveyor, a fixed transitional bridge, a mechanism of orientation of bottles, a straight-wedge mechanism of distribution of the flow of bottles, diverting conveyors and guides for the bottles. In accordance with the invention, the mechanism of orientation of bottles is driving, it is located downstream of the fixed transitional bridge and it is made in the form of two continuous mobile disks of identical diameter with smooth surfaces, which are cinematically connected by means of gears; moreover they are placed on the same level with the transitional bridge and are installed on two vertical axes with possibility of counter-rotation and at identical distance from the axis of symmetry of feed conveyor. The embodiment of invention considerably simplifies the design of mechanism of distribution of flow of bottles, ensures guaranteed division of one flow of bottles into two flows, excluding impacts and rebounds of the bottles from the mechanism of distribution, noise at operation of device is reduced and the rate of distribution of the flow of bottles increases. |
