ARRAY SUBSTRATE FOR CHIP ON GLASS TYPE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A COG(Chip On Glass) type array panel for LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to install a carrier movement unit in the formation part of the data connection line of a non-display area, thereby forming equipotential between partial areas within a display area. CONSTITUTION: Data connection lines(134) are formed in a second non-display area(NA2). In the second non-display area, a static electricity compensating circuit(C1) is connected to each data connection line. In correspondence with an area between the part of the static electricity compensating circuit and a display area, a semiconductor line(123) is formed. The semiconductor interconnection crosses with data chain wiring. The semiconductor line forms equipotentialial. The movement of a carrier is performed through the semiconductor line. The amount of the carrier accomplishes balance between partial areas(A1,A2).
