PURPOSE: An independent electric power device is provided to regularly supply electric power which is necessary for a power supply object by forming a first power control part. CONSTITUTION: An independent electric power part(110) generates power by itself and outputs the power. A first battery part(140) charges the electricity or the discharges the electricity. The power outputted from the independent electric power part is transferred to a power supply object(200). A first power control part(120) transfers the electricity corresponding to sufficient electricity standard value to the power supply object. The first power control part transfers the electricity outputted from the independent electric power part to the power supply object.
