PURPOSE: A wire fixture for stabilizing a slope and a slope stabilizing apparatus having the same are provided to prevent the damage of a protection met and a wire by supporting a wire with elastic force. CONSTITUTION: A wire fixture for stabilizing a slope is composed of an upper plate(10), a lower plate(20), fixing units(30, 40), an auxiliary anchor(50), an upper elastic unit(61), and a lower elastic unit(62). The upper plate fixes the upper part of a wire and the lower plate fixes the lower part of the wire. The fixing units fix the upper and lower plates to be combined. The auxiliary anchor fixes the combined upper and lower plates to the ground. The upper elastic unit is installed between the upper plate and the upper fixing unit to be support elastically. The lower elastic unit is installed between the lower plate and the lower fixing unit to be support elastically.
