LOW-NOISE SYSTEM FOR RAIL FIXATION TO TIE

Low-noise system for rail fixation to tie has shaped springy sockets that interact through insulators with base of rail that rests through under-rail elastic pad on support plate. Support plate with shaped guide openings arranged at opposite sides of the rail with is provided with lugs-supports for middle arms of shaped springy sockets, guide openings are arranged with possibility of placement dampers for support plate there, the last one rests through elastic pad on tie in which anchors are fixed. Heads of anchors are guides for support plate, slots provided in the heads are guides for the ends of shaped springy ends. To decrease level of vibration in buildings that are close to railway and to provide constant force of pressing rail pad to tie support plate is provided with supports-stoppers with slots for fixation of ends of shaped springy terminals and ribs and depressions for installation of insulator. Support-stopper is separated from head of the anchor with one of dampers for support plate.
