A double-disk cone broadcaster of solid mineral fertilizers includes a tank with an inclined wall to which an electrical vibrator is fixed, in the lower part of the tank a doser and a double-tray fertilizer guide are arranged, under the fertilizer guide a cone double-disk broadcasting mechanism is disposed. On a vertical shaft thereof two disks of different diameter on which rectangular blades with an angle developed for 25-30° at the end and a mechanism for transmitting rotational movement from a power take-off shaft of a tractor to a broadcasting mechanism are fixed. The upper disk and the lower one of the broadcaster are completed with scattering blades which in the radial direction have a varying height of a side wall which is determined from the dependence: h=h*V/V, where his the height of the side wall close to the centre of the disk; V, Vis starting and final speeds of fertilizer particles. |
