PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for repairing wiring of circuit board is provided to perform the proper heating processing on the fine metal. CONSTITUTION: The heated gas generator(22) comprises the gas feed assembly(30) and gas heating device(32). The gas feed assembly supplies the gas. The heater(34) is arranged in the inside of the sheath tube(36). The gas heating device induces the gas to the space between the sheath tube and heater. The gas heating device heats the gas. The gas heating device spreads gas to the conductive material(10) though the gas jet opening(38).
