GENOTYPING COMPOSITION COMPRISING ALLELIC LADDER

PURPOSE: A composition containing allelic ladder for analyzing homology of bovine is provided to remove error of each analyzer and accurately analyze data. CONSTITUTION: A composition for analyzing bovine homology contains an allele ladder comprising allele DNA to microsatellite marker and sex identification marker. The microsatellite marker is BM1824, BM2113, ETH10, ETH225, ETH3I, NRA23, SPS115, TGLA122, TGLA126, TGLA227 or TGLA53. A method for producing the allele ladder comprises: a step of selecting allele of TGLA53, Ch. X and Ch. Y; a step of performing PCR of the selected allele; a step of cloning PCR product and confirming repeat sequence; a step of performing PCR of plasmid DNA of the allele using the fluorescence-labeled primer; and a step of mixing PCR products.
