PURPOSE: A battery locking apparatus for a battery case in a portable terminal between a housing and the portable terminal is provided to assembly a fixing member included in the battery case. CONSTITUTION: A fixing member(310) includes a button part(311) and an under lock. The button portion comprises a fixing projection projected in the top of the battery case to the lower part. Both sides of under locks are equipped in the button unit. A combining member(320) has a supporting bar, a hook and an elastic body. The supporting bar performs a guide operation in order to move the button unit upward and downward. A holding projection is formed in hooks.
