A TUYERE FOR PROTENTING FROM MELTING FURNACE

PURPOSE: A tuyere for preventing melting loss is provided to extend service life by using ceramics or pseudomorph heat resistance materials as a press-fitted member. CONSTITUTION: A tuyere for preventing melting loss comprises a body(100), a pipe(200), and a press-fitted member(300). A part of the body is inserted into the inside of a furnace. The pipe is welded with the surface of the body. A sealed space is formed on the outer surface of the body. The press-fitted member is press-fitted into the inner sealed space inside the pipe. The pipe is extended and covers the outer surface of the body, the tip surface and the inner surface. In the tip-end part of the pipe, an injection hole(210) of the press-fitted member is formed.
