PURPOSE: A fine powder type tissue adhesion inhibitor is provided to separate a wounded part from a peripheral tissue and an organs by existing on the wounded part for a recovering period. CONSTITUTION: A fine powder type tissue adhesion inhibitor of a biological compatible natural polymer has the molecular weight of 1000 to 1500000 ranges. One polymer or more selected from a group of alginic acid, pectin, carrageenan, gellan gum, hyaluronic acid, carboxymethylcelluose and dextran are used as the natural polymer. The powder particle size of the natural polymer is 0.1 to 1000 um.
