PURPOSE: A head ring structure of a sprinkler is provided, which prevents a gap from being formed between the head ring and ceiling finish material. CONSTITUTION: A head ring structure of a sprinkler comprises a sprinkler head(5) which is branched from a water feeding pipe(2) installed at the ceiling of a building and sprays water when a fire occurs; and a head ring which is installed to fill the interval of a fixing cavity(4) which is penetration-formed in the ceiling finish material(3). The head ring comprises a body(110) which is installed to adhere closely to the bottom surface of the ceiling finish material; and a fixing member(120) fixing the body on the ceiling finish material.
