PURPOSE: An AM radio device for adjusting receive sensitivity is provided to vary a frequency applied to an SMPS(Switched Mode Power Supply) IC(Integrated Circuit) and an inverter controller and read out successively a plurality of adjustment mode information according to key input, thereby adjusting changeably the receive sensitivity of an AM radio. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(10) receives an AM(Amplitude Modulation) radio signal. An amplification unit(11) amplifies the received AM radio signal. An audio processing unit(12) processes the amplified AM radio signal into an audio signal. A power unit(16) supplies a power source required for reception and amplification of the AM radio signal. A storage unit(17) stores a plurality of adjustment mode information for adjusting the receive sensitivity of the AM radio signal. A control unit(14) controls changeably the receive sensitivity of the AM radio signal by using a plurality of adjustment mod information. |
