PURPOSE: A pattern forming method for a cosmetic bottle is provided to rapidly and precisely form a pattern by carving the pattern by a laser processing, and forming the pattern by a painting coating. CONSTITUTION: A pattern forming method for a cosmetic bottle is as follows: When a pattern is formed on the inner side of the cosmetic bottle, a background painting layer(31) of a pattern(33) is formed on the inner side of a main body or a cover of the cosmetic bottle. A part that the pattern is formed is removed on the background painting layer using a laser processing. After the pattern is carved, the pattern is painted.
