PURPOSE: An analysis apparatus for preference, an analysis method thereby, a storage means, an information offering system, an information offering service server, an information offering method and an analysis algorithm for preference are provided to calculate the interests in and the preference for a keyword and a theme included in a sentence inputted by a user. CONSTITUTION: A session management unit(150) senses a session into which an analysis target is inputted, and notifies the session termination to a preference management unit(140). A topic sensing unit(160) senses a keyword and a theme of an analysis target, and stores the preference of the analysis target calculated in the preference management unit. The preference management unit calculates the preference for the keyword and the theme according to the notification of the session management unit, wherein the keyword and the theme are sensed by the topic sensing unit.
