PURPOSE: A pneumatic drill is provided to make an exhaust gas path which helps the exhaust gas to be discharged out from a chamber according to the movement of a piston. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic drill comprises a back head(32), a drill bit(39), an impact piston, a stem and an exhaust gas path. The back head is settled on a wear sleeve for the impact piston. The drill bit shuttles from the back head and is mounted on a handle of the wear sleeve. The stem in which diameter diminishes in order to add impact to the bit is included on the impact piston. The stem is guided by a piston stem bush. The exhaust gas path is form at the circumference of the piston stem in order to discharge the air from a chamber.
