PURPOSE: A dick brake for a vehicle is provided to simplify the structure of the dick brake by directly fastening a part of a guide rod to a housing without an additional fastening member. CONSTITUTION: A dick brake for a vehicle is composed of a housing(10), a piston, a pair of pad plates, a carrier, a disk, and plural guide rods(30,30a). The piston is operated in the housing. The pad plates are operated by the piston. A pad is attached to the pad plate. The carrier is fixed to a vehicle body. The disk is rotated with a wheel. One end of the guide rod is fixed to the housing and the other end is slidably inserted in a guide groove formed in the carrier. The guide rod slidably couples the housing to the carrier. Some of the guide rods have a protruded combining part. The protruded combining part is directly combined to a fastening hole formed in the housing.
