PURPOSE: A foldable chair is provided to ensure the transfer efficiency and stand without depending on other material during being folded. CONSTITUTION: A foldable chair comprises: a leg(10) at one side, in which a left plate(30) is fixed; a back support(40) which is hinge-coupled in the middle of the leg. The leg at one side comprises: an upright extension(11); a lower curved portion(12) which is bend from the upright extension; and a left plate fixation part(14) mounted at the upper portion of a slope. A leg(20) at the other side comprises: an upright extension(21); a lower curved portion(22); and a horizontal part(24).
