METHOD FOR PACKING FOODSTUFF AND PACKING SYSTEM AND PACKING CASE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for packing food, a packing device used for the same, and a packing case thereof are provided to prevent inferiority and defect of sealing by suppressing deformation of a sealed part of the packing device. CONSTITUTION: An insertion part is formed on the bottom surface of a packing container. The food and the filling water are charged in the packing container(S12,S13). The charged packing container is transferred. A lid film is supplies to the upper part of the packing container(S20). Before sealing, the upper side of the lid film is compressed and then, the filling water projected from the upper part of the packing container by surface tension is discharged in advance(S30). When the bottom of the packing container is supported to be prevented from sagging, the opened part of the packing container is sealed with the lid film(S40). The lid film is separated from the packing container(S50).
