摘要 PURPOSE: A composition containing photomodulated adipose-derived cells and/or its culture is provided to improve engraft rate of cells and reduce unpleasant feeling on the transplantation. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a composition for transplantation of autologous fat comprises: a step of removing impurities including adipose to obtain adipose-derived cells; a step of irradiating light of 400-1300nm to the cells at 10-100 mW for three days; and a step of collecting the cells and/or its culture. The composition for autologous fat transplantation contains the photomodulated adipose-derived cells and/or its culture as an active ingredient. The culture is VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor), TGF-B1(transforming growth factor-B1), HGF(Hepatic growth factor), Basic FGF(fibroblast growth factor), IGF-1(Insulin-like growth factor-1), EGF(endothelial growth factor), KGF(Keratinocyte growth factor), PDGF(Platelet derived growth factor), SOD(super oxide dismutase), collagen, fibronectin, or IL-1(Interleukin-1).
