PURPOSE: A medical treatment suction head is provided, which induces smooth suction of exudate by guiding exudate absorbed into a porous pad to a through hole at the minimum distance through a plurality of guide channels. CONSTITUTION: A medical treatment suction head(100) comprises a flange part(110) in which a through hole(113) is formed in the center and which is formed in one side coming into contact with the porous pad attached to the wound area, forms a plurality of single flow channels, and has a plurality of guide channels(111) guiding exudate to the through hole; and a connection pipe in which one end communicates with the through hole of the flange part and the other end is coupled not be separated when being connected to the drain tube.
