BIOCHIP WITH METAL-PROTEIN GRATING PATTERN AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A metal-protein grating pattern biochip of novel design is provided to detect various target proteins and control grating pattern size and array pattern. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a metal-protein grating pattern biochip comprises: a step of depositing a metal thin film on an optical prism or grass substrate; a step of attaching microfluidic channel on the metal thin film and performing chemical etching to produce the metal grating pattern; and a step of injecting and fixing a protein to the metal grating pattern in a vertical direction. The metal has property of SPR(surface Plasmon resonance) optical property and binding property.
