PURPOSE: A Hallelujah horizontal rotating body is provided to control the rotating power by controlling the length of a horizontal rotating body and to continue the rotation by concentrating the remaining energy on a horizontal rotating body. CONSTITUTION: A Hallelujah horizontal rotating body comprises a rotating plate(2), a cylindrical case(3), a spring(10), an arm support plate(11), an arm support fixture(12), a bound rubber(13), and a rotation length adjusting bolt(4). The cylindrical case is positioned on the rotating plate to be rotated together. A comb pattern is formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical case. A user exercises in the rotating direction same as the rotating plate by using the power pulling an arm(8) with the spring after putting hands(7) on the cylindrical case. The hands easily can return to the origin part by facing the hands upwardly. The rotating power is controlled by controlling the length of the horizontal rotating body. The rotating body is connected to the same rotating boy in a line.
