PURPOSE: An LED module controlling a light radiation angle is provided to improve heat dissipation efficiency by inserting an LED source into an insertion groove formed on a heat sink. CONSTITUTION: An LED device is mounted on one side of a substrate(110). A square reflective unit(130) has an incline reflective surface on one side, and is comprised of four rod type sub units attached to the substrate to face the reflective surface to the LED device. The irradiation area and shape of the light emitted from the LED device are controlled by controlling an angle between the reflective surface of each sub unit and a vertical line.
