A VARIABLE DIRECTIONAL MICROPHONE ASSMEBLY AND METHOD OF MAKING THE MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A variable directional microphone assembly and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve sound quality by connecting a signal of a microphone through a coil spring. CONSTITUTION: A connection terminal(110a) and a semiconductor integrated circuit device are mounted in one side and the other side of a printed circuit board(110). The semiconductor integrated circuit device is formed in a mounting space(124) of a microphone body(120). Two mounting spaces for mounting two microphone devices(130-1,130-2) are formed in the other side of the microphone body. A coil spring insertion hole(126) is formed in the microphone body. A coil spring(128) is inserted into a coil spring insertion hole. The coil spring electrically connects the microphone device and the printed circuit board. Cushions(132-1,132-2) protect the microphone device. A case(140) is used for fixing the assembly. The dustproof cloth(150) is attached to the outer side of the bottom of the case.
