PURPOSE: A solar cell panel cleaning device is provided to reduce manpower or cost for cleaning by simply cleaning a surface of the solar cell panel with a wiper or compressed air. CONSTITUTION: A wiper(130) is closely adhered to a surface of a solar cell panel(12). The wiper is rotatably installed. A wiper driving motor is installed inside a housing(102). The wiper driving motor rotates the wiper through a power transmission unit. The power transmission unit passes through the housing. A cleaning solution pump is installed inside the housing. The cleaning solution pump discharges the cleaning solution to the surface of the solar cell panel through an injection nozzle(150). A storage container supplies the cleaning solution with the cleaning solution pump.
