PURPOSE: A keypad and a method of manufacture thereof by using UV solution are provided to prevent generation of the inferior product by using a spray type. CONSTITUTION: An UV(Ultraviolet) solution is discharged in a first receiving grove of a first mold(S11). A first transparent sheet is settled on the top of a first accommodating groove and a projection groove of the first mold(S12). A first roller moves from a 1-1 accommodating groove to 1-2 accommodating groove and accommodates UV solution of the redundancy to the 1-2 accommodating groove(S13). A first transparent sheet separates from the first mold and the UV solution is built(S14).
