DRIED PERSIMMONS DRYING METHODE

PURPOSE: A method for making dried persimmons by collecting, freezing, and drying the persimmons is provided to obtain persimmons having high quality in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A method for making dried persimmons comprises: a step of peeling the persimmons in an indoor space of 10-20°C for 24 to 48 hours; a step of ripening the persimmons at 20-30°C for 36 to 48 hours; a step of freezing the persimmons at 0°C for 18 to 24 hours; and a step of drying at 15-20°C for 7 to 10 days and storing for 24 hours.
