摘要 PURPOSE: A method for making crab preserved in soybean sauce containing seasoning is provided to deliciously eat and prevent decomposition of crab. CONSTITUTION: A method for making crab preserved in soybean sauce comprises: a step of collecting and washing crab; a step of immersing the crab in soybean sauce and maturing at -3 to -10°C for 5 to 10 days; a step of pouring soybean sauce separately and mixing with various medicinal materials and vegetable as a first sauce; a step of immersing crab in the first sauce and maturing at 0°C to -7°C for 24 to 60 hours; and a step of pouring sauce separately and adding first sauce and maturing at 0°C to -5°C for 28 to 36 hours.
