<p>PURPOSE: An electronic device and method of manufacturing the same are provided to perform enough heating about the semiconductor film. CONSTITUTION: The electronic device includes substrate and plurality of thin film transistors. A plurality of thin film transistors is arranged in one-direction in the line shape. The thin film transistor includes the preliminary heating layer(11B) of the substrate, and the insulating layer on the pre-heating layer and thin film semiconductor(13d).
